Una vez despalillados los racimos la vendimia es estrujada levemente para no romper el grano del racimo. La vendimia es impulsada a los depósitos maceradores, donde la uva fermenta a una temperatura controlada de 22º-23º realizando un descube temprano, a veces sin terminar la fermentación para conseguir un vino más rojo con aromas más afrutados.
Once the clusters are stripped, the harvest is slightly squeezed so as the cluster grain is not broken. The harvest goes to the maceration tanks, where the grape ferments at a controlled temperature of 22 to 23 ºC and is soon separated, even sometimes before fermentation is finished in order to get a redder wine with fruitier bouquets.

Fase visual: color rojo cereza de capa media con reflejos violáceos. Aspecto limpio y brillante.
Fase olfativa: aroma afrutado y fresco, con recuerdo a fruta fresca roja (cereza, frambuesa). Limpio y largo.
Fase gustativa: en boca es un vino con una entrada suave, ligero, bien conjuntado y equilibrado. Vuelven a aparecer recuerdos típicos de frutas rojas, persistente y largo en vía retronasal.
Visual stage: medium cherry red colour with violet reflections. Clear and bright appearance.
Smelling stage: fruity and fresh bouquet, with reminiscence of fresh red fruit (cherry, raspberry). Clean and long.
Tasting stage: this wine appears to be soft, light, well made and balanced in the mouth. The typical reminiscences of red fruits appear again. Persistent and long finish.
